We strive to ship your order as soon as we receive it. Sometimes, we are temporarily out of a particular item. We will email you to let you know when this happens. Due to the nature of our products, sometimes it is not possible to ship certain items during excessive heat. We will advise you if we feel that the product you have ordered will need to be delayed due to weather concerns.
